Thank you for your purchase. We hope you’re happy with it. However, if you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (365) days of the purchase date. All returned items (including packaging) must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and package attached. Item(s) used, washed, damaged, without their original packaging or late will be sent back to the address listed on your order.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 364 days of delivery date. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed in its original packaging and with all original tags attached. Once you contact us we will provide the return address.
Please note you are responsible for all the cost of returning items to us in original condition. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Any returns received in the warehouse more than 365 days from delivery date are ineligible for return and will be shipped back to the customer without notice.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund in store credit.
At the moment, our exchanges are not automated. If you would like to exchange something for a different products, please return your original item(s) for a full refund in store credit and place a new order.
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please immediately contact us at email@example.com and email us a brief description and a photo or two showing the defect/fault.
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 365 days of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of misuse are not considered to be faulty.
DISCOUNTED OR FINAL SALE ITEMS
Sale items that are discounted on sale of 30% off or greater, or marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. No exceptions. Any FINAL SALE items included in a return will be sent back to the address listed on the order.

When will I receive my refund?
We will issue your exchange/credit store , within two business days once we receive your return package.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot refund any lost returns.

We will start processing shipments to the United States within 7 business days of the purchase. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse. HAMMERHEAD is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints. Your rate and times are calculated based on your location and weight of package.

International orders are sent to our partners in Mexico, Venezuela and Canada and then delivered via domestic mail to our customers. You’re responsible for all shipping costs.
First you pay the international shipping on our site when you check out. Then when the shipment is in your country you’ll be contacted using the email you provided to plan the domestic delivery that you’ll pay directly to the courier when your package arrives. .
This method helps us provide an affordable option for international orders because in the end you pay the domestic delivery in your local currency.
We’ll do this process for international orders once a week every Monday.
International orders must be placed by 12:00pm PST of a Friday. Any order placed after 12:00 pm PST will be fulfilled next Monday.
International shipping rate is $25 + the cost of the courier in your country.
